How many lessons should I book?
I suggest booking one or two lessons first. Meeting your teacher and experiencing the lesson will soon give you an idea of what to expect and then you can decide how many lessons you would like to continue with.
How many sessions can I book per week?
You have the option of 1 or 2 sessions per week. If you would like to organise a class among friends (up to 4 children and of similar age) then please contact us for further information regarding cost and times.
How can I cancel a lesson?
If you need to cancel a lesson, you can contact your teacher directly and if needed organise another time that suits you.
Are lessons held when it’s raining?
This will depend on the teacher. You’re getting wet either way – A swim in the rain will do you good!
How can I pay?
Sessions are usually paid for in cash. Or you have a chat with your teacher and you can also make arrangements for direct deposit.
What age groups do you cater for?
We cater for all ages from babies to adults. If you would like to book a group lesson then please remember that your Instructor can work an effective program if the children are at a similar age. (E.g 4 – 8 months, 8 -12 months, 12-18 months etc)
How many days a week are there sessions available?
Swim teachers are usually free 7 days a week. Once you have contact with your instructor you can discuss best days and times that you are available. Some teachers love to work weekends whereas others have more time during the week.
Does my child need to wear a cap?
Wearing a cap is not only hygienic and helps maintain good water quality, but also keeps hair out of your child’s eyes and mouth while learning to swim. It’s your pool so you can make the choice of what works best for you.
Are lessons held during the school holidays?
Yes, we operate over the school holidays, other than time off over Christmas and the Easter weekend.
Are you covered by Insurance?
